The mission of the Institute is to provide high healthcare quality training with a person-centered service plan for better health outcome and prevent readmission in big institutions.

   The passion for healthcare quality drives us to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that support one healthcare giver at a time.

The Institute’s Board of Directors ensures we fulfill our mission and are accountable to the communities we serve. We are proud that a majority of our Board members are expert and experienced team from  different sectors of healthcare careers.

 Steven and Hyacinth will be you initial and renewal 80 Hour Assisted Living Manager Course. The Office of Healthcare Quality allows any vendor of this course to deliver 75% in-person and 25% virtual. The course materials are available on our website. The student handouts can be printed at your convenient time. For those with a tight work schedule we provide an audio version of the course curriculum.
